Return & Refund Policy
At Reservations & Road Trips, every order is part of your adventure — made just for you, right when you hit “Book It.” Because everything we offer is made-to-order, we don’t keep extra stock sitting around in some warehouse. That means we can’t accept standard returns or exchanges for things like size, color, or a change of heart.
That said, if something’s not right with your order, we’ll always do our best to steer things back on course.
🧳 Made-to-Order Gear
Each product is printed and packed just for you through our fulfillment partner. Since your item is made fresh for your journey, we can’t accept returns or exchanges.
Please check the size charts and product details carefully before hitting the road (a.k.a. placing your order).
🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear shows up looking rough from the road — misprinted, damaged, or just not what you expected — we’ll fix it fast. Shoot us an email at reservationsandroadtrips@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with the following information:
Your order number
A short note about the issue
A clear photo showing the problem
We’ll review it and send a replacement or refund, whichever makes the most sense.
📦 Wrong Address or Missed Delivery
If your package gets lost in transit because of a mistyped or incomplete address, don’t worry — we can reship once it returns to us. Just note that you’ll need to cover the additional shipping costs.
⏳ Cancellations
Our print partners get to work fast (which is awesome, unless you need to cancel). If you made a mistake, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, it’s usually already in production and can’t be stopped.
💳 Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it’ll go straight back to your original payment method. Banks and card issuers can take 5–10 business days to show it, so hang tight — it’s on the way.
