Shipping Policy
At Reservations & Road Trips, every order is made to order — printed, packed, and shipped just for you. We work with trusted print partners to bring your gear to life and send it your way as quickly as possible. Once your order hits the road, we’ll send you tracking info so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
🚚 Processing Time
All items are made-to-order. Once your payment has been cleared from your payment source, production will begin. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping. During holidays or high-volume times, production may take a little longer — but we’ll keep things moving as fast as possible.
🌎 Shipping Times
After production, shipping times depend on your destination:
United States:3–7 business days
Canada:5–10 business days
International:7–21 business days (depending on customs and local delivery)
These are estimated timeframes, not guarantees — shipping carriers sometimes experience delays that are out of our control (weather, customs, or just the occasional wrong turn on the road).
🧾 Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking to update as the carrier scans it into their system.
🏠 Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout! If your address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned to us, we can reship it once it arrives back — but you’ll need to cover any additional shipping fees.
💰 Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions— keep an eye out on our site and socials for updates.
🌤️ Lost or Stuck Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated timeframe, don’t panic just yet! Sometimes carriers mark items as “delivered” a day or two early or experience short delays. If it’s been more than 10 business days since the expected delivery date, reach out to us at reservationsandroadtrips@gmail.com and we’ll help track it down.
📦 Multiple Items
Because our products are made through multiple print partners, your items may arrive in separate packages. Don’t worry — they’re all part of the same order and will find their way to you.
